Greetings:
Our school year is rapidly coming to an end. We have had a great year together. I have truly enjoyed working with this great staff of teachers and getting to know all of you and your delightful children. Thank you for sharing them with us this year. They have been loved and enjoyed by their teachers. I am looking forward to all of the special events that are planned for the month of May.
Please check the age group page to check the time and day for your Mother’s Day Celebration. Don’t forget to let your child’s teachers know if you are unable to attend the Mother’s Day Program. This day is a special day for MOMMY and CHILD. We would appreciate it if you would make arrangements for other siblings. Because of space limitations we also would appreciate it if each child has only one guest!
The staff hopes you have a great summer and we look forward to seeing our returning families in the fall. Thanks for a great year!

Class Picnics:
The Class Picnics will be held at East Bradford Park. Please note that this is a change in venue from last year.
Since the April Newsletter we have had to adjust the times of some of the class picnics because of park scheduling conflicts. Please make a special note of the time that your child’s class is scheduled. If you have any questions or need directions, please don’t hesitate to ask your child’s teacher or give the director a call.
The summer birthdays are celebrated at this event and the parents of the birthday children will provide dessert and a treat bag for the class. The school will prepare lemonade for everyone so all you need to bring is a lunch. This is an activity where all the family is welcome!
Registration For 2013-2014:
We still have openings in our 2 day Tuesday/ Thursday 2’s and 3’s classes, the Optional Friday classes for 2 ½’s and our Afternoon 4’s Classes. Please spread the word!
Preschool Board Meeting:
The next Preschool Board Meeting will be held on May 6th at 7:00 PM. Please contact the director if you are interested in attending.
Tuition Reminder:
Your last tuition payment (#9) was due in April. (The payment you made in June 2012 has been applied for May.) Please check your records to make sure you have paid a total of 9 payments. Soon we will send out a letter to those families registered for next year. The first payment for the 2013 – 2014 school year is due by June 15th, 2013. All questions should be directed to Treasurer Melinda Black 610-399-4696 or melindablack@mac.com.
Baby Food Jars Needed:
We are always in need of glass and plastic baby food jars with lids. If you have any, we would appreciate it if you would send them in to school or save them for us over the summer.
Labels for Education:
We are still participating in the Campbell’s Labels for Education Program. If you use these products and would like to save the UPC for Calvary over the summer, we would appreciate it. Thank you for your help.
Lunch Bunch:
Please note that there will be NO Lunch Bunch on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th because of the Mother’s Day Events. The last day for Lunch Bunch will be Monday, May 20th.
